Sarah T

Sarah started yoga in her late teens and has been practicing regularly ever since. Over the last 20 years she has delved into various styles including Hatha, Ashtanga, Anusara and Vinyasa. Her teaching style demonstrates this as she weaves both flowing sequences and held postures together in her breath-led classes.
In 2013 Sarah trained with senior Vinyasa yoga teachers Jean Hall and Mimi Kuo-Deemer at Triyoga in London. More recently she has practiced under Bridget Woods-Kramer and often draws from these Anusara classes to inspire her teaching.
Sarah is a big believer in yoga as a tool for improving physical and mental well-being. This informs her teaching; offering creative and well structured classes. Expect a warm and friendly atmosphere to explore well sequenced postures, pranayama (breath-work) and mindful meditation to revitalise, energise & create space.
