First attending FYS during university, it was not just the physical practice that appealed to Meg, but the discovery of the spiritual guidance that yoga could offer that got her hooked!

Meg has always found yoga to offer a welcoming, warm and safe space and this is what she tries to offer to her students. With Megs laid back teaching style she encourages her students to bring their focus inwards, while having fun! She believes that finding time to do things for yourself is very important, and promotes the ethos of self-care.

When not practicing or teaching yoga, Meg is a self employed gardener and a maker. She enjoys the different aspects and opportunities her jobs give her – being outdoors, in the workshop or in the yoga studio.
