Our first 4 week women's therapeutic course with A

Our first 4 week women's therapeutic course with Amanda starts next Monday 25th September at 9.30am.
These mini courses are designed for women and offer practical information and exercises.
The intention is to increase understanding, maintain and improve function of different areas of the body and the way that you may experience changes during your lives. We will explore joint health, strength, flexibility, somatics and breathwork in a simple format that is accessible to most ages and abilities (get in touch if you are unsure).
The course will be accompanied by a handout so that you can continue to practice those things that you have found useful. We will be focusing on a different area for each 4 Week block. £40 max 10 participants.
The first course is all about our FEET.
Book in via our online SHOP, spaces are limited to 10.

We are now accepting applications for our next YTT level 1 course kicking off in March 2024.
We are really proud of the course we offer and of the students who have passed through the doors over the past 8 years of offering YTT in Falmouth. We cover all the basics such as sequencing, alignment and anatomy, the subtle body elements such as pranayama, vayus, nadis, philosophy including the history of yoga, upanishads, sutras, Bhagavhad Gita, Puranas, tantra and SO MUCH MORE...
