All the P’s
Psoas and Pelvic floor, pain, pleasure and practices.
Come and learn about the connections between these important muscles, for both men and women.
How we can asses whether there is imbalance, tightness or weakness and simple exercises and practices to make the whole area more responsive.
This is a 3-part workshop series in which we will be learning detailed anatomy, relationships to other systems in the body and emotional and physical patterning that may be influencing what is happening in your body.
Expect informative discussion, enquiry and a range of interesting movements, postures and ideas. Suitable for all genders…the more we all know about this stuff the better for our ongoing health and happiness.
£40 for all three workshops. Limited to 10 spaces
