Yoga Nidra with Cathy

Come and join us for an evening of Healing and Deep Relaxation Yoga Nidra, also known as Yogic sleep, Yoga Nidra is the practice of consciously relaxing the body whilst remaining mentally alive and alert. A single session of Yoga Nidra is said to be comparable to FOUR hours deep sleep and is a catalyst for self-healing and inner transformation.
We begin the session with guided meditation and gentle breath work to initiate the quietening of the mind. And then, through the practice of Yoga Nidra we enter into a state of total physical relaxation, whilst our awareness remains fully present and alive to the sensations in the body. In this magical & healing state we are open to receiving healing, restore and nurture ourselves on the deepest of levels. Supported by incense, mantra and heart opening music, together we create a sacred space; a held container to rest and heal.
This is a shared experience like no other; a rare opportunity to drop deep into our inner world, whilst being fully held and supported in the process. No experience necessary, and all are very welcome. Please bring blankets & pillows & anything else to make yourself blissfully comfortable.
