Spring Seasonal Yintrospection workshop with Keren via ZOOM

As we move towards Spring it’s often a time when we feel like we are emerging from hibernation and we are ready to reset and revive ourselves.

Come join our Spring yintrospection for a 2hrs session of pranayama, journalling, yin for Spring and ending with a long and sweet Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) that calms and rebuilds strength.

With the shift into Kapha season, which goes from late winter into early spring, we can often feel a bit sluggish and heavy, common colds often take hold and allergies can kick in.  This is the perfect time for a reset into the new season for both body and mind!

Join Keren for a 2 hr deep yintrospection class encompassing setting a sankalpa for spring, pranayama to energise and ground, a yin sequence for Spring and finishing with a short yoga Nidra. You will also be provided with a little Ayurvedic kapha busting chai recipe to make at home.
