Perfect for teachers wishing to incorporate acupressure with yin yoga OR for self-healing. This course will take place over 3 days in the Autumn and you will leave with firm understanding of how to incorporate and discuss acupressure and it’s benefits into your stillness classes (and for your own benefit!)

About the teacher :
Bruna Pons (E-RYT 500, Acupuncturist and Nutritionist)
Bruna, born in Barcelona, has been linked to Asia from a very young age. During the last decade she has trained and worked in China and India. Her interest in human nature, health and wellness inspired her to study Nutrition (University of Barcelona), Traditional Chinese Medicine (Tianjin University, China), Acupuncture and Yoga (Trimurti International Yoga School, India).
In the training and presentations that she offers, she integrates Yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine in a simple and enjoyable way. She allows students to enjoy, understand and experience the benefits of energetic “rebalancing” in their own body.
Morena’s classes are based on Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga and acupressure stimulation. It is through slow, mindful breathing and movement that Bruna’s students relax, nurture her body, and discover inner wisdom and freedom.
Bruna has extensive international experience (Germany, India, France, Bali…) training professionals in the field of yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
