Spring Seasonal Yintrospection workshop with Keren via ZOOM
Come join our Spring yintrospection session for 2hrs of yin, ending with a sweet Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) that focuses on renewal and reenergising. With Kapha season upon us, which goes from late winter into early Spring, the weather becomes wet, often cool and then warm, variable, and inconsistent—this can leave us feeling a bit stagnant or stuck. This energy can lead to an imbalance particularly in the crossover between seasons. So come join us again for this special introspection class and leave feeling a little more balanced.
Join Keren for a 2 hr deep yintrospection class encompassing a journalling exercise, pranayama to calm the nervous system, a yin sequence for tension release and finishing with a short yoga Nidra. You will also receive a delicious kapha busting recipe!
