Late Spring marks the shift from Kapha to Pitta season. The junction between the seasons can be the most wobbly in terms of our physical and mental health. Pitta season usually signals a time when the weather starts to heat up and so can our bodies and minds! We can often find ourselves feeling all the hot emotions as well as suffering digestive issues, skin issues or generally feeling under the weather.
Join Keren for a 5 day cleanse with a focus on feeling calm, cool and balanced. We will rebalance the gut and add sattvic foods to our diet. This is a cleanse to rebalance and give us more energy, leaving us feeling lighter and brighter.
How will it work?
You will be part of a private facebook group and each day Keren will post a diet sheet for the following day and a facebook live video to check in on how everyone is doing and answer any questions. You will also be invited to a special yintrospection yin masterclass at the end of the 5 days.
What will I need?
On sign up Keren will add you to the private facebook group and in there she will post a shopping list and most of these things will be household staples (white rice, different coloured lentils and mung beans etc) but also fresh fruit and vegetables, spices, oils etc
Does it involve herbs?
Ayurvedic cleanse herbs will be option and details will be given in the private facebook group. We will also make our own remedies for the most part using kitchen herb staples to avoid extra cost
How much will it cost?
